On May 8, our community came together for our 3rd Annual Dinner & Dance Fundraiser: Rockin’ in Denim & Diamonds. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our guests, sponsors, and community partners, we raised $30,000 to support local children, youth, and families.
Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal from LUSH Valley Catering before hitting the dance floor, which stayed alive all night long thanks to the fantastic music of Time Well Wasted. One of the highlights of the night was our live auction, expertly led by Scott Melville, whose enthusiasm, humour, and skill helped create an unforgettable experience. From exciting getaways and unique experiences to generously donated local treasures, the auction showcased the incredible support that exists within our community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated an item, experience, or service. Your generosity helped make the evening a tremendous success.
Events like this simply don’t happen without volunteers, and we were fortunate to have an amazing team working behind the scenes and throughout the evening. We cannot thank them enough.
