Over 350 host organizations across BC have delivered a Food Skills for Families program since 2008. These include community centres, community kitchens, neighborhood houses, immigrant and refugee agencies, friendship centres, churches and schools. The program helps to build healthy families and healthy communities.
By attending a Food Skills for Families program, families gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to shop, cook and eat healthy meals.
